Fixed louvres are non-operable aluminium shading elements designed for permanent external sun control and visual screening. Used on façades, they provide consistent solar protection while contributing to the architectural expression through proportion, rhythm and profile.

Unlike adjustable louvres, fixed louvres are set at a predetermined angle, prioritising simplicity, durability and cost efficiency over day-to-day modulation.

Shade Factor’s fixed Z-profile aluminium louvres are available in V50 and V80 sizes, presenting a refined, thin edge that reads cleanly across the façade. A proven assembly method reduces site handling and installation time, making them well suited to large-scale applications where performance, clarity and economy are critical.
